The Russell Kyle Award
Russell Kyle was a long time NCFOA official who tragically passed away in June 2021. Russell's love for the game and passion for officiating in his own unique way led the NCFOA to honor his legacy by renaming the "Pealess Whistle" Award in his honor.

An awards plaque is presented to this distinguished official at our end of year banquet. Russell Kyle, a long time member of the NCFOA won this honor multiple times.
